Is Ideawake Secure?

Your data is safe on Ideawake. We host your platform on Amazon Web Services which is ISO 27001, PCI Level 1 and SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) compliant.

What Types of Payment Do You Accept?

Who Handles Maintenance and Updates?

We handle the setup, maintenance and hosting of your innovation platform. All you have to do is login, invite your participants, and start receiving ideas to improve your bottom line.

Do You Offer Single Sign On?

Yes we do! This is a common request, we offer single sign on capabilities for SAML based Active Directory to provide additional security and so your employees don’t have to remember another password.

Can I cancel my plan?

We hope that it doesn’t come to that, but if for some reason you need to cancel your plan you can at any time, with no additional fees or strings attached.
