The Driver Behind Our Ratings – Our Amazing Team and The 2020 Rewrite
Based on over 1,000 interviews from innovation and improvement leaders, we identified fundamental shortcomings in how idea management systems were designed that made their platforms difficult to manage at scale. We took that feedback and instead of trying to modify the existing platform, we rewrote Ideawake from line one in 2020 as a CRM to manage innovation instead of a challenge management system.
